Fair Volunteer Meeting Scheduled for Tuesday, September 7 at 7:00 p.m. at the Association Office in Havelock.  All folks planning to help with this year's fair should come on out!

CLOTHING CLOSET

Clothing can be dropped at CrossRoads Baptist Church in James City from 9am-12pm M-F or at the Association Office from 8:30am-3:00pm M-F.

 

HEALTH KITS

As of August 3, items still needed for health kits (115 of each):

WE NEED 30 6-ft. TABLES

Call the Association if your church can donate!

MEALS

Meal Times:  Breakfast-Oct. 11, 12 & 13 only- Served at 9:00 a.m.

             Lunch- Served at 11:00 a.m. (no lunch on Oct. 11-13)

             Supper- Served at 4:00 p.m.

As of September 20th, ALL MEALS HAVE BEEN COVERED!

Also, please note, if your church is unavailable to serve, but would like to prepare a meal, we can have volunteers to serve your meal for your church and all you have to do is drop off the food!

Breakfast suggestions:  biscuits, pastries, donuts, bagels, fruit, grits, cereal with milk, oatmeal, breads, muffins, casseroles, english muffins, biscuits and gravy.

There is electricity for anyone wanting to bring crockpots, hotplates, toasters or toaster ovens.
